Election Precinct Number Twelve is that part of the City and a small unincorporated area lying within the following described perimeter:

Beginning at the intersection of North Ankeny Boulevard (US Highway 69) and NE 36th Street; thence west to the centerline of NW Ash Drive; thence south to the centerline of NW Georgetown Boulevard; thence easterly along the centerline of NW Georgetown Boulevard to the centerline of North Ankeny Boulevard (US Highway 69); thence south to the intersection of NW 18th Street; thence west to the intersection of NW Greenwood Drive; thence south to the centerline of NW 5th Street; thence westerly along the centerline of NW 5th Street to the centerline of NW Irvinedale Drive; thence north to the centerline of NW 18th Street; thence west to the centerline of NW Weigel Drive; thence south to the southeast corner of GEOID 191530102033111; thence west along the southern boundary of GEOID 191530102033111 to the west corporate limit line; thence clockwise along the corporate limit line to its intersection with the centerline of NW 54th Street (County NW 118th Avenue); thence east to the centerline of North Ankeny Boulevard (US Highway 69); thence south to the point of beginning, the intersection of North Ankeny Boulevard (US Highway 69) and NE 36th Street.
