§ 3.10. PRECINCT NUMBER NINE.

Election Precinct Number Nine is that part of the City lying within the following described perimeter:

Beginning at the intersection of South Ankeny Boulevard (US Highway 69) and SW Oralabor Road; thence west to the centerline of SW Snyder Boulevard; thence south along the centerline of SW Snyder Boulevard to the centerline of SW Ankeny Road; thence southwest to the center line of SW Twin Gates Drive; thence southwesterly along the centerline of SW Twin Gates Drive to the centerline of SW Ankeny Road; thence southwesterly along the centerline of SW Ankeny Road to the corporate limits; thence west north and west along the corporate limits to the centerline of SW State Street (US Highway 415); thence north along the centerline of SW State Street to the centerline of West 1st Street; thence east to the centerline of the Union Pacific Railroad Right-of-Way; thence southeast along the railway to its intersection with SW Maple; thence south on SW Maple to the centerline of SW Third Street; thence east to the centerline of SW Cherry Street; thence south to the centerline of the Union Pacific Railroad Right-of-Way; thence southeast along said centerline to the centerline of South Ankeny Boulevard (US Highway 69); thence south to the point of beginning, the intersection of South Ankeny Boulevard (US Highway 69) and SW Oralabor Road.
