§ 100.21. CATEGORICAL INDUSTRIES; REPORT ON COMPLIANCE.

Users subject to NCPS shall submit a report to the City or WRA Director containing the information described in subsection 100.20(1), paragraphs A, C, D, E, and K within 90 days following the date for final compliance with applicable NCPS or, in the case of a new source, following commencement of discharge. Users subject to equivalent mass or concentration limits shall provide a reasonable measure of the user’s long-term production rate. For all other users subject to NCPS expressed in terms of allowable pollutant discharge per unit of production (or other measure of operation), this report shall include the user’s actual production during the appropriate sampling period. All reports must contain the certification statement and be signed in accordance with Section 100.30 of this chapter.
